Hello Steelheaders,
The February membership meeting is the month we award the BIG FISH trophies. Please make sure you attend the meeting.
We will also run elections for some of our board member's positions. We encourage members to bring someone new to our monthly meetings to see what we do in the next few months.
Our membership dues are only $40.00 until the
end of March. Please get with Jim to renew or sign up.
Justin Kling has been staying in touch with the Salmon in the Classroom. The kids in the classroom are glad to announce the tiny fry are about 3 inches in length. They are doing well with a large hatch number.
Our speaker of the month is to will be announced soon.
The Steelhead Spectacular event at D&R sports center is coming on Feb 19th. The event is a fundraiser for the MSSFA program.
Joe Foy will be starting his 2022 year steelhead tournaments on Feb 26th (trout quest) at the St. Joe river. This tournament will be subject to ice and landing conditions. We will keep you posted on social media for possible cancelation or contact Joe Foy.
I hope everyone has been getting nice catches through the ice.

The Battle Creek Steelheader meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of every month except July and August & December.
Dues: October 01, 2020 - April 01, 2021 dues are $40.00.
After April 01, 2021 dues will be 45.00.
Any new member can sign up anytime during the year for $40.00.
