Why?
Toddlers may ask it in that really obnoxious phase, but it's such an important question for our development throughout life.
Why am I doing this?
Why do I believe this?
Why are things this way?
After we identify the why, we are one step closer to aligning ourselves towards meaningful action. When we truly know why we are doing or believing something, it connects us to more committed action. Things just make more sense.
<<First Name>>, let your inner toddler go wild with it.
