<<First Name>>, for what it's worth, I know you can make your dreams come true.

I'm excited for you, but do you know why you are excited about it?  Last week, I invited you to ask the question "why?" until you were really sure you were connected with your reasons. This week, I'm wondering if you can find the part of your why that gets you super fired up, passionate, excited, and motivated to keep working towards it.

If making your dreams come true always feels like hard work, it's going to wear you down. Instead, find the thing that lights you up. Use that to energize your connection and commitment to your dreams.

Try this: Pick one of the goals you are working towards right now. Identify your why (word it in positive terms, like what you WILL have when you achieve it). Write down a reason that reaching this goal excites you. Don't try making it something socially acceptable or profound - this is just for you, <<First Name>>! Seriously, write it down and keep it in a place you see often.
