Check your L&S Degree Requirements
|
|
|
|
Whether you're graduating soon or preparing for fall 2022 registration, checking the status of your L&S Requirements is an essential step to take. View your Academic Progress Report on CalCentral to track your remaining requirements. Please note: Not all major and minor departments use the APR to confirm requirements, so please check in with them directly. Never used the APR? Follow the simple steps in this informational video!

Commencement Ceremony Information
|
|
|
|
The May 2022 commencement ceremony is free for graduates, but registration is required to participate! Only students who have graduated - or will be graduating - between Summer 2021 and Fall 2022 are eligible to attend. Register by April 15 to ensure your name is included in the printed program. For more information, check out the official commencement website.

|
|
Commencement vs. Graduation
Graduation: The point at which a student has completed all courses, units, and GPA requirements for the bachelor's degree.
Commencement: The ceremony in which a graduate celebrates the completion - or near completion - of their degree.
|

If the spring weather has you dreaming about taking a break from midterms, then you’re going to want to enter this giveaway! Sophomore Courses
L&S Advising is offering two 1-unit Fall courses especially designed to support third and fourth-semester students. One class is open to all majors, and a second is focused on students intending to declare majors in the biological sciences. Students will develop personalized academic plans to incorporate multiple interests, get support building community at Cal, and much more!
