Warm, summery greetings from Aotearoa New Zealand! Can you believe it's already February?

After a refreshing break, we're looking forward to welcoming our new, albeit smaller, cohort of students. With staff meetings and Orientation coming up, we are in for some busy weeks ahead. Please join us in praying for our new and returning students, as well as our staff team. It has been a tumultuous season worldwide these past two years, and 2022 will hold much of the same navigating of uncharted waters. Yet we hold fast to our hope in Christ, our anchor in uncertain times. 

We hope and pray 2022 will be a great year ahead for you and your whānau (family). In the year ahead, we'd love to spread awareness of the college around New Zealand, so if your church or ministry is looking for guest speakers or you have room for brochures to be sent, please get in touch—we'd love to hear from you.

Graduates On The Move

 

One of the characteristics of this season seems to be a lack of movement. From lockdowns, to border closures, to visa issues, many people have been unable to move forward in their plans. Yet here we have a list of some of the countries our graduates have travelled to...since the beginning of the pandemic. We find this so encouraging, knowing that people are still on the move, that cross-cultural ministry is still going ahead, that people still have a heart to go and reach the unreached.

Congratulations to our wonderful graduates. We had a great time celebrating our students at the end of 2021 and we are praying for their new season. It's an honour for us to journey alongside people as they commit a season of their lives to training at Eastwest College, and we look forward to hearing as their next steps unfold. Kia kaha!

Applications 2022

 

And finally, one last reminder that we are still taking applications for 2022. We'd so appreciate you taking a minute to forward our details on to people you think may be interested in pursuing Biblical and cross-cultural training. We'd love to hear from them. Orientation starts 16 Feb for the first semester, or 20 July for the second semester.
