February 2022 Newsletter

Greetings Mo’ Better Brews and Houston Sauce Co. family! We just wanted to take this time to say thank you all for the support over these past several years. We started with a bottle of hot sauce, then food trucks and now our own brick and mortar, Mo’ Better Brews! We would like to take some time to highlight a few changes that have taken place in this new year.

Many of you may know that we made the decision to permanently close the Houston Sauce Co. Food Truck to focus on Mo’ Better Brews. We did not want to leave our beloved “Saucedrippaz” hanging though, so we also launched Sauce Co. Nights at Mo’ Better Brews on Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 5-10pm! This new experience will give insight to the culinary creations we’re considering for our future Houston Sauce Kitchen brick & mortar. Come check us out, we have a phenomenal menu that will change seasonally.

Last month we also launched our Mo’ Better Flights, with sampler portions of our Specialty Pancakes and Chik’n fried Shrooms variations. This has quickly become a crowd favorite along with our Mo’ Better Cocktail selections like: The Big Mo’ Jito, Bruce Leroy, Zen & Tonic and Bloody Mary!

Last but not least, another highlight from January was winning a $2500 Small Business Boost grant from the Houston Texans and Amegy Bank! They came to the restaurant and presented us with a beautiful plaque and check to celebrate our business. We are forever grateful for the support of our community and look forward to sharing more highlights in the coming months!
