Remember that your premium is due on the 1 st of the month. Invoices for the next month’s premium will be mailed to you during the second week of the month. If you receive an advance premium tax credit (APTC) from the federal Marketplace and fall behind in your premium payments, you are entitled to a three month grace period to pay any outstanding premiums. Coverage will be terminated after three months of non-payment. If you do not receive an APTC, your premium must be paid in full every month to retain coverage.
