Are you a feminist?
What is the definition of feminism?
In my gazillion years as a social worker & social entrepreneur, I embrace the simple answer that feminism means workingtowards:
Equal Pay
Equal Rights
Equal Opportunities
Equal Value
for ALL women and girls throughout their entire lifetime.
Feminism is manifested daily in choices and behaviors in our homes, offices and communities. It's urgent call to action is rooted in love, data & the stories of women's lives.
And where does humanity enter into the conversation?
Humanity is the shared state of being human; the quality of being compassionate and kind to others. Don't we want everyone's full humanity to be valued?
Want to dive deeper into the questions of how, why and where men fit in to the Equality of Women movement?
Not sure if you identify as a feminist?
