A message from Catherine Distelrath, CAM Systems Manager
--
Hello Community Partners!
I wanted to let everyone know that I have taken a job with CSH (Corporation for Supportive Housing) as the Director of their Michigan team, and my last day as the CAM System Manager will be Friday, February 18th. I have thoroughly enjoyed this work, with all the successes and challenges that have come along with it, and I look forward to supporting the CoC in a different capacity as you continue the work to end homelessness in Detroit. With my departure and to ensure a seamless transition, I am thrilled to announce some changes with the Southwest Counseling CAM leadership team.
Effective Monday, February 14th, Paige Beasley will fill the position of CAM Manager and assume full oversight of the CAM Lead Agency’s roles and responsibilities. Scott Jackson will fill the position of CAM System Supervisor and assume responsibility for all things data along with some cross-system and CoC committee work. CAM Intake Supervisors Jessica Hardman and Ed Cieslak will be responsible for all matters diversion, prevention, and shelter related. Lastly, Southwest Solutions has posted a position for a CAM Operations Supervisor to oversee all other CAM operations including navigation, housing referrals, and the HCV waitlist. Please join me in congratulating these staff and welcoming them into their new roles.
As always, feel free to reach out to camdetroit@swsol.org with any questions.
Sincerely,
Catherine Distelrath
