2022 Disney-Universal Trip Payment

Next Payment due February 15, 2022

The fifth Marching Wolves Disney Trip payment is due in roughly three weeks, on February 15. All family and student balances must be paid in full by March 15, 2022. Any questions about final balances may be emailed to marchingwolves@gmail.com

Mardi Gras Parade Chaperone Notices

Thank you to everyone who signed up to chaperone the students this parade season. All names have been submitted to St. Paul’s administration for approval.

We are hoping to receive final approval soon. Once received, individual notices will be emailed to each parent chaperone of their assigned parades.

We had a wonderful year of parent involvement. THANK YOU to everyone for all you do and for your continued support of the Marching Wolves. Please understand that there may be more parents interested in a particular parade than required and every effort is made to be fair with assigning chaperones. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and willingness to volunteer.

Band Shoes & Uniforms

For those band members who may have outgrown their band shoes and need a new pair for the upcoming Mardi Gras/Disney season, we ask that you order directly from any vendor. Unfortunately, our local vendor will not allow returns or refunds for wrong sizes ordered.

Below is one of many vendors and they are also available through Amazon. The brand is DSI MTX Marching Band Shoe in white.

Many of the boys complain that the bib straps on the pants don't always stay in place and slip off their shoulders. These elastic clips can help keep them in place.

Mardi Gras Parade Schedule

**Police escorts will be provided for all New Orleans parades**

**Upon leaving each parade, a message will be sent via the BAND app to notify parents of our estimated arrival time at SPS**

**No parent chaperone or student may meet the Marching Wolves on the parade route or leave directly from the parade route. All chaperones and students must travel to and from St. Paul's School on the busses.**

Pre-parade meal of Chik-fil-A sandwich, chips, dessert, and drink served at staging area

No pre-parade meal; please make sure your child eats before arriving

Sunday, February 20th, Krewe of Carrollton, 12 noon, Uptown New Orleans
Call time 8:45am
Breakfast of sausage biscuits, bananas, and drink served at staging area

(No school for SPS due to teacher retreat)
