How to Enroll in a NFHTA Instructor Led Course

Seats in Academy courses are extremely limited and reserved on a first come, first served basis.

To enroll in Academy courses, follow these three simple steps:

Step 1: Submit a Registration Request

Submit a registration request through the HUD Exchange Learning Management System (LMS). Submitting a registration request does not confirm eligibility to attend the course. You will receive an enrollment notification within 1-2 weeks of the course start date notifying if your request was approved, waitlisted, or declined.

Step 2: If Approved, Submit a Participant Background Form

If approved, you will receive an email from the NFHTA Registrar instructing you to complete the participant background form. You must complete this form in order to be officially enrolled in the course. Failure to complete this form will result in your registration being dropped from the course.

Step 3: Attend the Course!

After you complete step 2, you will receive a unique link that will grant you access to the instructor led course. You will also receive an email within a few days of the course start date with an agenda and other relevant course resources. You must attend all four days of the course to be eligible for a course completion certificate.

Only approved participants are allowed to attend the course. Participants are not allowed to share their unique login with colleagues.
