February 3rd, 10th & 17th, 2022-Collaborative Multi-State Farmers Market Manager Bootcamp

Washington, Oregon, Ohio, Utah, Idaho, and Alaska will come together for three days of training. The first two days will be 2.5 hours each and intensive, going over the ins and outs of running a market. Day three will be state-specific. Come to meet all the key players in Alaska's food system.

Join us for the 2022 Farmers Market “Boot Camp.” Designed to move fast and cover the basics of running a farmers markets, you will get practical, grounded, and timely tools needed for opening day and beyond. Board members get a look behind the info booth to see what goes into market operations, as well as their role in sustaining a strong market organization and building a great team. Days 1 and 2 provide general farmers markets context, tools, and training.

Day 3 - Alaska State Day, Feb. 17th
The third day of the Multi-State Farmers Market Manager Boot Camp will be a new, “state-specific” day to introduce the agencies, partners, food access programs. This day is FREE to attend - SAVE THE ZOOM LINK- come one, come all! We will be recording the state day and will share it out to all of our Summit attendees, so if you can't make it on the day of, you can catch the information at a later date.
