Welcome to our February newsletter.

A recording of our fourth annual Women in Macroeconomics conference, asking Who is the individual in Macroeconomics, is available here. We are extremely grateful to the excellent speakers.

We are delighted to announce our second annual Complexity in Macroeconomics Prize. We would like to encourage entries that include practical decision making while under partial ignorance. More details can be found here.

We were pleased to take part in a workshop for the UNDP hosted by the OECD’s New Approaches to Economic Challenges division looking at behaviour under radical uncertainty.

We have awarded three more pilot study grants, led by Rebecca Elliott at LSE; Henrietta Moore at UCL; and Thomas Elston at Oxford. We are grateful to everyone who submitted applications under the two calls.

Our next event is a seminar on The Social Foundations of Climate Action on 23 February. We are planning a number of outputs from this meeting.
