As more federal employees are transitioning back into the workplace, it is helpful for everyone to be aware of the guidance being provided to agencies across the government. Please familiarize yourself with the information published by the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force. This group helps federal agencies keep employees safe while working during the COVID-19 pandemic. The latest guidance contains important information regarding the Executive Order requiring federal employees to be vaccinated against COVID. Due to the nationwide injunction, which may be supplemented, modified, or vacated, depending on the course of ongoing litigation, the Federal Government will take no action to implement or enforce the COVID-19 vaccination requirement pursuant to Executive Order 14043.
