Whether you are struggling to adjust to the culture in the United States or at MIT, bracing yourself for your first Boston winter, or stressed about final exams, know that you are not alone.

Wellness Events & Resources
Icon of a compass depicting purpose within a pin drop along a swerving path

This Month: Purpose
Each month, we will provide a wellbeing check-in question related to one of the 4 pillars (Mind, Body, Relationships, and Purpose). Focusing on your wellbeing by caring for your mind and body, fostering meaningful relationships, and finding purpose can help you to thrive in all aspects of your life.
Wellbeing Check-in questions are brought to you by DoingWell.

Ask Yourself: When did I last push the boundaries of my comfort zone?

How to Beat the Blahs on Sluggish Days
Feeling a little lackluster? It's only human. Try these simple tips from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) to reinvigorate you when the weather is dreary, you need a bit of inspiration, or you're just feeling burned out.

Know Your Resources!
We have launched a new course, Mental Health and Wellbeing for Graduate Students, in the Atlas Learning Center to help graduate students understand common challenges of the graduate student experience and how to navigate support and resources to prioritize their wellbeing. This course, which is also valuable to any faculty and staff who work with graduate students, was developed in partnership with the Division of Student Life, Office of the Vice Chancellor, and MIT Medical.
You shouldn’t have to think about where to turn for help. Just ask. Leave a question and a Student Support and Wellbeing team member will get back to you within 1 business day.
