ROOM BOOKING IN THE UNIVERSITY CENTRE
According to the recent announcement of the provincial public health measures, the events and room bookings in the University Centre will resume as of March 7th, 2022.
Please note the following measures are in place:
- Vaccination passport is required;
- (1) metre distancing;
- Surgical mask is required in all indoor spaces at all times;
- 50% capacity in bookable spaces.

SSMU is constantly trying to improve itself based on student wants. One of the ways we have done this is through the 5 Year Plan, which addresses the staffing, operations, finances, and advocacy role of the society, as well as how to grow clubs and services.

MEDSPECS GOLDEN STAR AWARD
The MedSpecs Golden Star Award is a need-based award for McGill undergraduate students who require financial assistance, either for tuition, or to cover the costs of standardized tests or applications. Awards of up to $1500 may be given to applicants.
To apply, please fill out the Google Form by Sunday, March 6th, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST.

Selon les nouvelles mesures provinciales de santé publique, les évènements et les réservations de locaux au Centre universitaire reprendront le 7 mars 2022. Veuillez noter les mesures suivantes :

CONSULTATIONS POUR LE PLAN DE 5 ANS
L’AÉUM cherche toujours à s’améliorer pour mieux répondre aux besoins de la communauté étudiante. On s’y prend entre autres avec le Plan de 5 ans, qui aborde des questions liées au personnel, aux opérations, aux finances, au rôle de l’Association dans le plaidoyer, ainsi qu’à la manière de faire croître les clubs et les services.

Les dépôts ont généralement un lien avec un membre de la communauté étudiante, avec McGill, ou avec Montréal. Les créations peuvent tomber dans la section d’opinion, de nouvelles, d’arts et divertissement, de vie étudiante, de science et de technologie ou de sports.
