Sports Court Survey


Survey closes March 15, 2022.

Let us know how you use indoor and outdoor sports courts in New Westminster. We’re looking for input on drop-ins days, times and locations, and sports of interest including: badminton, ball hockey, basketball, lacrosse, pickleball, soccer, and volleyball.

Plant a tree to support the City’s goal of 27% canopy coverage. Trees are $10.00 each, with a two tree limit per household or business.
Pick up: Saturday, April 2, 9:00 - 11:00 am, Grimston Park.

Tree Canada Reforestation


The City of New Westminster was recently awarded $50,000 by Tree Canada to participate in their 2022 National Greening Program. 25,000 native tree and plant seedlings will be planted in four of New Westminster’s natural areas. Queen’s Park North and South will receive 12,000 seedlings, February 22 - March 14, 2022.
