CVOR is a growing service (which gyn,includes vascular). They do a smattering of: ENT, Plastics, and basic urology (they do not do c-sections).  Have  70 FTEs including CNA's, housekeeping, anesthesia techs, plus RN's and CST's. They do anywhere from 20-30 cases a day. Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations person, prepare and oversee staffing including call scheduling and creating a letter of weekly communication. Will be instrumental in implementation of new practices and shoring up the usual turnover times and on time starts. Expectation will be a mix of "hands on" and office work everyday. There is a lot of opportunity for improvement! The staff/physician and leadership are highly engaged and supportive. System Director of Learning and Leadership Development, Northeast. This new position is part of a 3- hospital system with a learning academy. Interim in place currently. System Director would be required to live in NH, ME or MA. Can work remotely but travel to facilities in NH, ME & MA is required. Reports to Chief Employee Experience Officer (HR). The Clinical educators report to hospital Director of Clinical Education (4), who have a dotted line to System Director of L & LD.  The Instructional Designers report directly to this role. Another aspect will be creating a richer and targeted experience for new employees for their orientation to the system and hospital.
