#WalkWednesday: A weekly prompt to take a few minutes to wander, be present & ponder.


32: Where do you find joy?

As you wander, look around and be aware of what brings you joy. What does happiness look like, smell like, sound like and feel like for you? You may notice joyful things, see others experiencing joy or feel the natural high and happiness that comes from walking and moving. Ponder where you find joy in your life generally.

 

I recently sat with my Mum in a windy field by a hedge, not far from this pathway, during a 3 hour country wander. We drank home made soup from a flask and giggled like little children. It was joyful to be on an adventure, see the blue skies, be together and laugh at ourselves.
How to #WalkWednesday:

WANDER. wherever you are - through the park, up the road, or round your room.
BE PRESENT. Take 3 deep breaths. Really notice the environment around you. Be aware of how you're feeling today.
PONDER. Gently reflect on the #WalkWednesday question.
