There is so much going on in the world that is uncertain, worrying and beyond our control right now.
If the situation is causing you to have low energy or feel down, respond with self-compassion and take steps to care for yourself.
Take a moment to be present and check in with how you're feeling. For example, try listening for your walk soundtrack.
Aim to avoid things that stress you out or wear you out. This could include limiting your exposure to the news.
Focus on topping up your energy. As often as you can, spend time doing things you love, with people you love, in places you love. Take time to eat, move, sleep and rest.
Reach out to friends and family and share how you're feeling.
