Director of Training Position
The PEAL Center is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Director of Training.
PEAL wishes to fill the position with a training expert and innovative leader, an advocate who promotes the mission and vision of the organization and maintains its focus on PEAL’s goals, plans, and policies. With a keen focus on inclusion and diversity, the successful candidate will work with a wide variety of programs and partners. PEAL is especially seeking candidates with experience in the special education process, healthcare and supporting families.
The Director of Training is responsible for the overall management, successful delivery and reporting of all trainings. This is a leadership position, with supervision of multiple staff under different grants. The Director of Training reports directly to the Executive Director. The PEAL Center’s headquarters is in Pittsburgh. PEAL also has an office with staff in Philadelphia and would consider candidates that would select either work location.
