The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) is pleased to announce the availability of the web page providing instructions to CACFP Operators wishing to submit an appeal of adverse actions.

Visit the Child and Adult Care Food Program Appeal Process web page for more information. CDSS staff include this link, when sending program operators a notice of adverse action that is subject to appeal, if the operator wishes to dispute the action.
