Galentine’s Day magic!

Three cheerful witches around a cauldron, while a hairy figure lurks in the background

Yes! Miss Fitz 2 is coming soon. I’m still planning on releasing it early, because as my friend Chrissy says:

Shoot for the moon. If you miss, here's a gentle reminder that the moon's diameter is 3,475 km and you could not have fucked this up more

Miss Fitz and her gals are scheduled to release on March 30, but I plan to beat that deadline. I’m not going to promise an exact early date because I don’t want to be off by 3,475km, but go ahead and order it now and be delighted when it shows up early!

The Five Love Languages: Words of Affirmation: Your tacos are delicious. Acts of Service: I made you tacos. Receiving gifts: Here's a taco. Quality Time: Let's go out for tacos together. Physical touch: Let me hold you like a taco.

Here’s hoping you had an awesome Valentines &/or Galentine’s Day, and someone to eat tacos with! You *know* Missy, Salma, and Bethany had tacos and midnight margaritas!

Dwight Shrute from the Office: Do you have a date for Valentine's Day? Yes. February 14th

Tim and I spent Valentine’s Day at the local old-timey candy store after a romantic lunch at a place called The Red Yeti, and I got 12+ inches of hair chopped off in the safety of the salon chair of one of my oldest friends. Weeeee! (She advised me away from bangs, because the girl has my back!)

She stopped me from adding bangs. Now, THAT'S a friend!

If you’re looking for a good gal pal type of read and you haven’t yet absorbed Miss Fitz Discovers Midlife Magic, then do I have good news for you. You can sign up to join my review team for a limited time to read it for free. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to release an ARC of book 2, but either way, respond to this email and let me know if you want to be invited to the team.

Speaking of gal pals, another of my oldest friends had me on her new YouTube show recently. It was fun being interviewed by a close friend, and I probably overshared about my housekeeping (and lack thereof).

Watch the interview here.

Gin writes picture books about kids with special needs, and she is running a special on her books in honor of Black History month. As a former elementary school teacher and mom of a special needs kiddo (who is now thriving in college studying Aerospace Engineering), she knows how to speak up for kids who can’t speak for themselves. Watch the video and then head over to her Facebook page for all the links.
