Healthy Minds Reminder

Don't miss out on this wonderful event! Healthy Minds is this Tuesday, February 15th from 6:30-7:30PM! It will be entirely virtual. We have a counselor from North Range Behavioral Health speaking on what normal mental health looks like, warning signs/when to seek help, community resources, and how to go about seeking help. We will also have a school counselor speaking about a tool used in school and how we can use this at home. There will be time for Q&A after the speakers.

This event is free and open to everyone, even those not affiliated with Firestone Charter Academy, so please help spread the word and share with friends and family!
