Code Migration Schedule

The HMIS code migration is scheduled for Thursday, March 10th and March 24th.  Beginning at 8:00 p.m. the system will be unavailable to allow the HMIS Team to install updates. Click here for more details

VI - SPDAT 

The HMIS team has been working with Haven for Hope and their partnered in house agencies to ensure all data elements are being collected during intake enrollments. During the previous Code Migration we noticed that the VI SPDAT was not populating during enrollments. This issue has now been resolved for all Haven for Hope (ES enrollments, CHCS, ITPM,ITPF,PIF,THRIVE).

Longitudinal System Analysis (LSA)
&
System Performance Measures (SPMs)
Successfully Submitted

The LSA report is based primarily on Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) data about persons who experience homelessness during a 12-month period. In the month of February due to the help of our Data Quality HMIS team we were able to successfully submit the required data.

The SPM report consists of seven measures which show how our community is collaborating on a system-wide level to prevent and end homelessness. We thank all of our community agencies who assisted in cleaning up the data.

PIT & HIC

The PIT and HIC will occur on March 1, 2022.  For the upcoming HIC and PIT, we hope to simplify the process for your agency!

• Google Chrome is the recommended browser for using HMIS.
• Make sure your pop-up blocker is set to allow pop-ups from HMIS.
• Administrators: Please contact the HMIS Team within 24 hours of employee termination so we can deactivate their HMIS account.
• Project Managers: Please inform the HMIS Team if projects are no longer being used so we can deactivate them.
• Automatic merges still apply as long as clients ssn, first and last name and date of birth matches on both profiles
