It’s healing to you. It’s healing to us. It’s healing for Earth.
It’s free and takes virtually no time at all."

Educational Modules

All of our beautiful, interactive modules are available 24/7 to anyone with a smartphone, tablet, or internet browser!

In honor of all this new year has to offer, start your journey into one of our modules! Our reflective learning model allows you to dive deep and explore what habits are serving you, as well as what habits are causing harm to ourselves, our relationships, and Earth.

All of our modules are beautifully versatile. Individuals may take them on their own, together in small or large groups, in-person or online, and across generations if desired.  Our growing slate of basic skill modules, offered with sliding scale* tuition, currently include Relationship Wellbeing (Youth or Adult), Happiness 101, Navigating Anxiety, Implementing a Zero Waste Lifestyle, Consciously Creating Wellness and Race Through Storytelling 1.

If you have been considering taking a module, but just haven't been able to decide which one, try one of our sample lessons and/or take our quiz today! There are a number of sample lessons live, right now on the website. Try one out today to find which module calls to you!

*This means that you pay what you can, with the goal of making each module accessible to everyone. Those who are able to pay more subsidize those who may need to pay less or nothing at all.

NEW MODULE!
Race Through Storytelling: Discovering Your Unique Story

About our newest module, by Brian Williams, FFCH Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Content Development Specialist:

Race is complex, especially in American culture. And because it is complex, we tell stories that help us share our experiences about race.

What is your story?  What can we learn from the stories of others?

In this learning adventure, we will explore stories about race.  We'll discover your unique story.  As we explore these stories, you'll build a new level of empathy with others.  And, you will also start connecting to others in safer, stronger relationships.

Ready for the first Race Through Storytelling (RTS) module?

Enroll in RTS Today!
Have you taken any of our modules? Want to help us spread the word and get others excited about all you practiced and learned? Please fill out our module survey and/or email Ally with your testimonial:  ally@familyandcommunityhealing.org. See one of our recent testimonials about Navigating Anxiety in the image below,

MODULE FACILITATION

Though our basic relationship skill modules are self-guiding and self-facilitating, we recognize that some would rather have some additional guidance.  Therefore, we’ve added a facilitation program, where FFCH walks your group through the module of your choice! Contact Shakim@familyandcommunityhealing.org to learn more.
