'i wrote down what i was thinking about! i have this thing i keep trying where i just dump out everything i'm thinking of doing on paper then think about which ones to prioritze and number them according to their priority after, and its actually been so helpful' - ruth
'I recently moved the barking from South London and it was a massive culture shock and I noticed barely any black people in my area. So I created a WhatsApp group call black on Barking Riverside so we could have a safe place to talk and share ideas, it was kinda a big thing for me because I have a hard time speaking sometimes because I'm worried that I'll over speak and give off the wrong impression about me to people or say silly or stupid things I don't mean. However I managed to speak to a few people and have managed to gather 6 members not much has been said in the group to be honest but I still managed to do something outside my comfort zone ' - TryandBe
