Check out these mugs!
I love coffee, and did you know that insects apparently love coffee, too? Scientists at Newcastle University, UK, discovered that honey bees are more likely to remember the locations of plants if their nectar contains caffeine. A researcher at the University of Haifa in Israel theorizes that caffeine in coffee — and other plants — may be an evolutionary development to addict bees to its nectar, thus ensuring that the bees would return to the same plants to pollinate them again and again.
Science sure can be fascinating!
We have quite a few mugs for you to check out this week, to fill with coffee or whatever favorite beverage your heart desires!
Enjoy!
Peace
Nik
