Pinault: metaverse will be "disruptive phenomena"

Kering chairman François-Henri Pinault, spoke to Vogue Business about opportunities in Web3 and the metaverse. “Will it become a universe in a wider economic environment? I think it will happen. It will become both an opportunity, it will become disruptive phenomena too.”



AB InBev's 66 million opportunties

As part of its full year results, AB InBev revealed its e-commerce platforms' revenue grew by 62 percent  over the year, to reach more than $500MM and delivered 66 million orders. “That’s 66 million opportunities to capture data insights to solve real customer problems,” CEO Michel Doukeris says in Marketing Week's report. 



Look out, YouTube!

TikTok is extending the maximum length of uploads to 10 minutes, the company has announced. The undisputed champions of short-form video have been testing longer options for a while and are now rolling out the 10-minute feature globally. The Verge says it's a way to compete more directly with YouTube and also attract more older users.
