Lonnie Johnson

Lonnie Johnson is an engineer-turned-inventor and created one of the world's best water toys--The Super Soaker! This year, Johnson was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame for his creation. The double Tuskegee graduate is the creator and founder of Johnson Research and Development Co. Inc. 

The book pictured above is a biography about Lonnie Johnson, which can be used in conjunction with STEM problem-solving lessons, like the one linked below!
