Good evening members,

This message is intended to serve as a reminder that all property owners who rent their Seacrest Beach home must complete the "Emergency Contact Information” form no later than 12:00 AM on March 1st. The form provides homeowners with a means to specify the name, telephone number and e-mail address of at least one individual who should be contacted for matters related to their property in Seacrest Beach. The identified individual must also be able to receive phone calls on a 7 x 24 x 365 basis in the event an emergency situation arises. A link to the form is available below:

Homeowners who do not make their home available on the short term vacation rental market are encouraged to complete the form as well so we can ensure the security team knows who should be contacted in the event of an emergency situation at your Seacrest property.

As of this evening, the form has been completed for about 78 homes in the community. A fine may be assessed to homeowners who rent their homes and fail to complete the “Emergency Contact Registration” form for their property.
