Two Things for Tuesday

Happy Tuesday! Have you been watching the Winter Olympics this week? We love to watch athletes performing at the highest level. Great to see the years and years of hard work and training payoff.  Being a professional athlete myself, I can relate to both the heartbreaking losses and the exciting victories. If you haven’t been watching, tune in tonight to watch the Men's Big Air final! 

Getting to the closing table can be much like the Olympics with its fair share of challenges, but once the documents are signed, it is time to celebrate! This past week, we had four of our wonderful clients cross the finish line and close on their homes. Two gorgeous homes in East Grand Rapids and two stunning homes in Forest Hills. Three of the four homes sold at over $1M. It was a week to remember! Huge congrats to our fantastic buyers and sellers.

With all these closing and many of our clients still searching, we just wanted to say a huge thank you for putting your trust in our team to assist you in this, at times, grueling process.
