California Sea Grant and the Delta Science Program would like to remind you about the upcoming deadline for the 2022 Delta Science Fellowship Notice of Intent.
The Delta Science Fellowship funds research projects that advance the understanding of high-priority science issues affecting the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta (Delta) and its management as an integrated socio-ecological system. Priority topic areas are identified in the application materials and include research in both the biophysical and social sciences. Eligible applicants include postdoctoral researchers, Ph.D. students, and master’s students.
NEW THIS YEAR:
Notice of Intent (NOI) to Submit Form
The NOI is required in order to be able to submit a full application.
This form is not evaluated, which means you will not be screened or discouraged/encouraged to apply based on what you submit. Instead, this form assists in pairing applicants with community mentors and identifying appropriate reviewers for your research area. If there's a possibility you may apply for this fellowship, please submit a NOI form (should take less than 10 minutes to complete) to ensure you are still eligible. Once you have submitted a NOI form, you will be given access to submit a full application to the eSeaGrant portal.

- April 20, 5 p.m. PT: Full applications due
