3교시에 설행사를 하였습니다. 설에 떡국을 먹는 이유에 대해 듣고 전통놀이인 투호 던지기, 딱지치기, 윷놀이를 하였습니다. 빨강반 학생들은 세배하는 법을 배워 김정미 선생님을 찾아뵙고 세배를 올렸습니다. 김정미 선생님은 세배돈 대신 예쁘고 맛있는 떡을 주셨습니다.
We celebrated the Lunar New Year. We learned why we eat dduk guk on New Year’s Day, and played traditional games such as tossing tuho, ddakji chigi, and yut. The students in the red class learned how to do a big bow, and they visited Mr. Kim Chong-mee and gave her a sebae. Teacher Kim Chong-mee gave them beautiful and delicious rice cakes.
3교시 3rd period classes
3교시는 2월 12일 부터 시작합니다. 가능하면 가을학기에 하던 것을 그대로 계속하기를 바랍니다. 새로운 학생들은 사물놀이, 모듬북, K - Pop 중에서 선택할 수 있습니다.
3rd period classes start on February 12th. Returning students will remain in the same classes as they were in the fall semester. New students can choose from Korean Drum, K-pop dance, and Samulnori (traditional music) classes.
한국어 대화 연습반 Conversation Practice Class
겨울 방학동안 시행했던 한국어 대화 연습반에 대한 평가가 좋았습니다. 그래서 이번 학기부터는 모든 학생들을 대상으로 하고자 합니다. 빨강반과 주황반은 북버디를 합니다. 일주일에 한번 줌으로 만나서 한시간 동안 합니다. 사정상 참여하기 힘든 학생이 있다면 알려주세요.
We are forming a conversation practice class. I hope this practice class can help students improve their Korean speaking. The practice class will be one hour and will meet via Zoom. I strongly recommend all students participate except for the rainbow class, but let me know if you aren't able to attend.
이번 학기도 즐겁고 의미있는 한학기가 되도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.
