How about a quick visit to Denmark without leaving your chair – join creative paper cutting with Torben Jarlstrom Clausen, you’ll love the experience! Connect with our creative community through these classes and more – we’d love to see you!

Featured Class: Create a Barn Hex Sign

Ever admired those brightly colored signs you see on the side of barns? Wondered if there was a reason for the signs or if they are just for decoration? Tradition has it the signs were first painted by Pennsylvania Dutch farmers to ward off evil spirits or bring good favor to the farm family. Larry Underkoffler will share some history and guide you in making your own barn/hex sign for your own barn or home. You’ll design and paint your own barn art and bring home a sign that is about 2 feet in diameter and durable enough to mount outdoors or indoors. His past students love Larry and his humor, join him on March 12!
Relax, Breathe, Weave: Loom Weaving

Using a pre-warped loom, you’ll be amazed at how rewarding weaving on a Rigid Heddle Loom can be. Lisa Peterson is the perfect guide, she’s an experienced teacher and weaver who loves sharing her enthusiasm and skills. You’ll complete a table runner or set of coasters, learning about design, color, patterns and a few simple weaving techniques. The class is on March 12, register here to slow down, play with color and texture, and create!
Easter Craft: Ukrainian Egg Decorating
