Twillight Kinder Open Evening – Thursday 24th March
Happy Hubbub will be taking part in Darebin's Twilight Kindergarten Open Evening on Thursday 24th March, between 6pm and 8pm. Come along for a chance to tour the facility, see the new room and meet the team.

We have a limited number of childcare spots available for immediate start. 

Hubbub childcare is a boutique, mixed-age service run by a dedicated team of experienced educators. Limited to just 17 places per day, our unique service is ideal for families looking for a warm and friendly environment that is like an extension of the home.

Complimentary hot-desk
Get out of the house and into the Hubbub. 

When your child is in Hubbub childcare, you have free use of a hot-desk in the coworking space. Why use your wifi, air-conditioning and utilities when you can use ours! Better for the environment, and – as past and current members have told us – better for your productivity and even your mental health. 

Note: you don't need to have children in Hubbub childcare to become a coworker. Visit the website or call 1300 HUBBUB (482282) for a full list of coworking packages. 
Not your home, yet not the office, Hubbub is the best of both worlds. 

Higher Child Care Subsidy is coming soon

If you have more than one child aged 5 or under in care, you may soon get a higher Child Care Subsidy (CCS).

From 7 March 2022, your family’s CCS may increase if you:

  • earn less than $354,305
  • have more than one child aged 5 or under in child care.

Services Australia has information for families on their website, including:

  • who will get the higher subsidy
  • how much the higher subsidy is
  • when you’ll get the higher subsidy
  • what you need to do
  • examples that show how the higher CCS may work for your family.

We have private offices now available for rent, ranging in size from 1–5 desks. 

Renting an office at Happy Hubbub gives you the flexibility to grow your business at your own pace, without being locked into a lease. And our central Preston location is ideal, with banks, council, post office, Preston Market and High St shops all within a short walk.
