Commissioners Bakari Burns and Regina Hill, along with officials from Hannibal Square (HSCLT), broke ground on 30 townhomes on Orange Center Blvd. These townhomes are 1,600+ SF, 3BR/2.5BA with private courtyards and rear-load, two-car garages. The amenities include stainless steel appliances, solid-surface countertops, wood-look vinyl floor planks, spacious rooms, open floor plans, and master suites with a private balcony. Their mission is to provide homeownership for low-to-moderate-income families. Community leaders welcome your private/public investment in our neighborhood!

Tree Pruning, Removal and Replanting Program

Through the Treesilience Program, residents living in the neighborhoods of the West Lakes Partnership are eligible for tree pruning and/or removal services. The Nature Conservancy and the US Forest Service in collaboration with IDEAS For Us are offering tree maintenance and/or removal services to homeowners. Along with our program partner, we are committed to replanting every tree removed on private property and will recommend replacement trees for each property.
