Dear Kesher Torah Family –

After Shabbos morning services you are welcome to join us for a standing L’chaim and some munchies. Last Shabbos after services  we had a delicious batch of cholent that made its way into our social hall. What a great surprise! Thank you Shifra for your culinary skills! If you would like to sponsor a kiddush please let us know. We have made it really easy to do this with pre-determined dairy and fleishig menus. Customization is something we can also discuss.

Please join us this Sunday for “Game 4” of our MLB series, Minyan, Learning, and Breakfast. Breakfast will be sponsored by Kesher Torah as a thank you to those that are helping to make this program a resounding success! Men please do arrive a few minutes before 9:00AM  to put on tefillin so we can start at 9:00 AM. Last week’s Game 3 was a very special  event with one of the best breakfasts we’ve probably had at Kesher Torah and meaningful tributes and words of wisdom  from the Werbin family in honor of the memory of Samuel Werbin a’h. If you would like to honor a family member, sponsoring an MLB event is perfect way to do so. Please let us know if this is of interest but do remember MLB is a limited series and will not be around a lot longer. This event is open to men, women, members and non-members.

Kesher Torah will be a sponsor at the Atlanta Jewish Life Festival which will take place at the Georgia Aquarium Sunday February 27th 11AM-3PM. Please try to come out and support Kesher Torah and the Atlanta Jewish Community.   Additionally, Kesher Torah will be a sponsor at the OU Virtual Jewish Community Fair taking place this Sunday. This event is primarily focused on Jewish Families wishing to relocate to Atlanta.

We are adding more programs for both men and women so please be sure to always scroll to the end of this newsletter to make certain you have not missed a flyer for an upcoming event. Reports on the Yogurt, Yoga and You program for Women was very positive so please keep your eyes open for new events.

As a reminder, Kesher Torah is working with Secure Community Awareness on heightened security measures. This organization works with Atlanta synagogues to make certain we maintain a safe environment for members.

Have a restful and meaningful Shabbos,

Greg
