  • Panel: Growth and Scale
As the craft industry grows and develops there is likely to be consolidation and investment. We have seen some distilleries have investment from other alcohol categories, investment vehicles, private partners or have gone their own way. What are the perspectives from a buyer, seller and the market.
  • Panel: Sell your product to the world
How to position yourself as a luxury item and sell your product to the world. Australian Spirits have been winning global awards. Why are we not selling our products to the world more widely? NZ exports 3 times the amount of spirits per capita, in dollar terms than Australia. Australia exports $4 of spirits per capita. Sweden $70. Ireland $171. What do we need to do to increase our spirits export? Afternoon break – 2.30pm
  • Panel: Trade Panel
What does an Australian Craft Distiller need to do to be stocked and then sold effectively?
  • Members forum: Governance, Growth and general discussion
Conference Close – 4.15pm
  • Foyer drinks: 4.15pm - 6.00pm
All Distillers are encouraged to bring a bottle (or two) of their favourite product they can share with your colleagues at the foyer drinks. The foyer drinks will be held at the conclusion of the conference and is a highlight of the Annual Conference where Aussie Distillers have the opportunity to showcase their innovation, and the stories behind the bottle.

Sponsors
Conference Sponsors will be set up in the main foyer. Conference participants will be able to talk directly to industry suppliers and supporters about how to improve your business and unleash your potential.
