Peace be with you,

We are pleased to announce the mask mandate for public Mass will end on February 28. It was originally set to end on March 3, so it is good to see the numbers of COVID cases are dropping.

Our Cards of Care program will be ending February 20 (a week earlier than previously advertised). St. Theresa is collecting gift cards from Stop & Shop, Marshalls, CVS, and Kohls to support the numerous Haitian families who left their country and relocated to the Boston area after the devastating earthquake in August 2021. The gift cards will be given to these families so they can buy needed items, clothing, and food. We are sorry to offer a short list to purchase gift cards, but these are places near where the families live.

On March 19, we are hosting a Volunteer Appreciation Dinner for all our volunteers.  The dinner will be in the parish hall. If you volunteer in any capacity for the parish, you and a guest are invited to attend.  We kindly ask for RSVPs by Monday, March 7. See the invitation below for more details.

Planning will begin soon for our Annual Golf Tournament that will be held on September 19 (save-the-date). If you would like to be a part of the planning committee, please contact Pat Lee at Pat@horseshoegrille.com.  Their first planning meeting will be on February 23 at 6 PM in the parish center. This year’s golf tournament proceeds will be used to automate the side doors to the church and hall to make them handicap accessible.

Ash Wednesday is less than 3 weeks away. See the Home page on our website for Mass and service times. In our next e-newsletter we will share ideas of things you can do or participate in during Lent.

Lastly, the Archdiocese is hosting a Eucharistic Congress to end our two-year observance of the Year of the Eucharist. “Jesus is Here” is an all-day event on June 18, at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell. There is also an event for youth and young adults the evening before (June 17) at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross. This is going to be a memorable day you won’t want to miss, filled with notable speakers and musicians! More information is below, including ticket information.

Enjoy this beautiful weather we are having.

Blessings upon you and your family,
Bishop Mark, Father Anda, and staff

Golf Tournament Committee Meeting--Join Us!
Wednesday, February 23 at 6:00 PM in Room 2

Our St. Theresa Golf Tournament is September 19 and the Golf Committee is looking for people to help in many different roles in planning the day.
The funds raised from the golf tournament will be used to automate the doors on the sides of the church and hall to make our campus more handicap accessible. In the past, we have had two successful golf tournaments that have supported our youth and the HVAC project.
If you would like to help out our parish in a fun and rewarding way, please contact Pat Lee at Pat@horseshoegrille.com.
