Hello to all of our lovely Fit4Life Family and welcome to your February Newsletter

Firstly, may we say a big "THANK YOU" for our well wishes as we tested positive for Covid-19. Luckily we have both recovered well and are happy to be back in the studio. We must say an even bigger "THANK YOU" to our fantastic team who covered us to ensure our classes went ahead. We are so lucky to have such a strong team who we can depend on to step in when needed. Thank you Annie, Sue, Charlotte and Charmain!

It's been an exciting month for the team, as we gradually grow our classes and the second "Small Studio" is getting busy with Small Group Sessions, One to one's and Reformer Sessions. Charmain has also found the time to go on her SPINE-SAFE course, acquiring more knowledge and  investing more time and training for her classes and our clients. 

Fitsteps classes have become increasingly popular, and we have had to find a larger venue to host classes!

In the month of St Valentine, why not treat that special person in your life to the gift of Pilates? We have gift vouchers available and lots on offer in our Fit4life online shop too!

⭐️NEW PILATES CLASS FOR OLDER ADULTS⭐️

Mondays 2.30-3.30pm

Pilates is good for conditions such as Arthritis, and Osteoporosis. It helps keep you mobile, improves your balance and builds strength! Pilates can also help you make a quicker recovery if you’ve had a hip or knee replacement. If you can't get down to the floor to exercise it's not a problem as the instructor can give you exercises in a chair. 😊 Booking essential. Places are limited

REFORMER PILATES

We have two "Balanced Body Reformers" for
 1-1 and 1-2 sessions in our Small Studio!

 

"WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES?"

 

Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine and is generally more intense and more dynamic than mat based Pilates as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs which form part of the machine.
 
***We recommend becoming comfortable with matwork technique
before attending a Reformer Session to benefit fully.***

£40 per session (£20 pp in 1:2)

Due to an increase in numbers of our  fantastic Fitsteppers joining our classes we are moving to a bigger venue! As of 28th February our classes will be at Mere and Tabley Community Hall
