We love our Lancer Leaders!
Lincoln helps build our Southwest Community. This week, Lincoln students took time out of their day to eat lunch and play games with College View Elementary 4th graders. This visit is the first of many, part of a new partnership to create mentorship between schools. Lincoln leaders will build relationships and connection and help students look forward to a bright future as Lancers and scholars someday. This visit kicks off a new tradition for years to follow!

Food for Thought
Every other Friday (Including this Friday) this semester our students will receive a large “Powersack” of food to take home. These bags of food are being provided by our friends at Food for Thought!
Food for Thought is a grass-roots group of neighbors who are volunteering to make sure that every student has meals to eat over the weekend. Our school will be given 300 bags of food to start. We will increase or decrease the number of bags that we request based on how many students want a bag. Please remind your students to pick up a bag of food in the main hall as they exit school.

Food for Thought
