February has come, and gone.

March 20th is the first day of spring, and we are so ready! Check out some of the excitement below!

Announcements:

*Mardi Gras Parade, February 26th——Come watch Thor and Manny parade on campus to celebrate the start of the Lenten Season!

*NO LESSONS——Saturday, March 12th. Come watch your barn mates compete at the Stephens Spring Tournament!

*Welcome to our new students——Savannah T., Dajana J. and Zoe W.

*Please make sure to park only on graveled areas. Please do not park on the grass. When cars are driven or parked on the grass during these spring months it creates ruts and kills the grass. You may park on the gravel in the circle or on the gravel to your right on either side of the orange container. Thank you.

*Don’t forget that we still have a few cold days ahead…if you need help with winter riding attire, feel free to ask!

Team/Group Opportunities for the Spring and Summer:

*Horse shows

*Drill Team

*Summer Camp

*Birthday parties etc.

Remember, when students reach a certain competency level(determined by the instructor) they are encouraged to ride twice a week; once privately and once in a group. This will allow them to participate in the above.

Why should students ride more often?
AEC Policies and Procedures

For the Boarders:

*Travis should return March 24th.

*All horses will receive required de-worming based on fecal results. Please plan for an extra $14 on the board to cover the cost.

*Be on the look out for more specifics on the rate change which will take place in April. Thank you!
