『Yudemon』（ユーデモン）はユーザーのリアルタイムな生体データに基づいてパーソナライズ化された呼吸法を習慣化できるアプリケーションです。データに基づいて生成された音源が、呼吸のタイミングをガイドし、音源に合わせたビジュアルが呼吸タイマーとして機能することで、自然と没入できる新しい体験を提供します。Yudemonは、特にマインドフルネスやバイオフィードバックの分野において既に実践されている方法や手順を改善し、幸福度や仕事のパフォーマンスなど、ユーザーのウェルビーング全般を向上させることを目的としています。詳細はプロジェクトページにて公開しています！

Yudemon is the interactive application for breathing control as well as analyzing it that uses generative music and soundscapes, conditioned on real-time biometric data, to elevate happiness, performance, and overall well being. Yudemon applies Heart rate variability (HRV) biofeedback training, and improves upon existing practices and protocols in the areas of mindfulness and biofeedback, and also enables entirely new immersive and highly personalized experiences. Qosmo Winter Outing!

この冬、Qosmoメンバーは初の雪山上りとアイスクライミングに挑戦しました！八ヶ岳の赤岳鉱泉人工氷壁にて、COOのシバタがメンバーに手ほどきを行いました。この日のために都内のクライミングジムで安全確保の練習を重ね、自分たちの安全をお互いに守るアクティビティーを実践することでメンバー間の絆を深め合うことができました。夜にはQosmoがこれから開発する新サービスのアイディアを熱く語り明かしました！

This winter, Qosmo members went on an ice climbing trip for the first time! At the artificial ice climbing wall in Yatsugatake, Akira, our company COO, took the lead. In preparation to the trip, the members practiced belaying techniques at climbing gyms in Tokyo. Engaging in an activity where each of us helped keep others safe helped us build strong trust. In the evening we had an active debate over the future services to be developed by Qosmo!
