Spring is around the corner.....

The Spring Equinox (20/20/2022) is short weeks away and marks the turning point when we start to see more daylight than darkness. 
We have already been blessed with the hints of Spring, surrounded by buds, birdsong and beautiful sunshine.

Creative life forces are part of the natural cycle of things.  Our ideas and creativity start to re-ignite and move towards blossoming alongside the rest of the natural world when we are in balance and harmony with our inner selves and our outer world. 

Start to get out in nature each day, if possible, breathe in to the expansion of the season and the possibilities ahead.

Hydration is so important and often the first port of call for many ailments.  Every one of your cells need water to function at their best and keep you healthy.  Once the thirst signal gets to you, it's a bit late - better to keep hydrated so your body doesn't even need to shout.  The quality of the water you drink or use for hot drinks is more important than you think too - chemicals in tap water are usually artificially added and not bio-available.  Spring or mineral water are a far healthier option.
