The final version of the Compatible Use Plan (CUP) has been submitted to the Dept. of Defense’s Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation (OLDCC).  It is available for reference at the Mission Knox website.

LTADD is currently working with OLDCC to commence an implementation phase for the many recommendations that resulted from the plan.  One of those recommendations, real estate disclosures, is currently being pursued via House Bill 89 under the sponsorship of Representative Nancy Tate.

If you have any questions regarding these activities, please contact Mike Robinson.
The reapportionment of magisterial districts that result in the decennial Census have been postponed yet again. The reapportionment activity, which is based on KRS 67.045, was initially delayed due to the push back of the Census release of Public Law 94-171 data to September 2021. To adapt for this, the General Assembly 2021 session passed Senate Bill 171, moving the schedule to the summer of 2022.

The 2022 session has subsequently seen the unopposed passage of House Bill 212 , which was signed by the Governor on February 25th.  This bill delays the reapportionment to the summer of 2023.  More information and an updated timeline are available on the LTADD website.

If you have any questions regarding this activity, please contact Mike Robinson.
