The Mental Health Rights Film Festival (MHRFF), a film festival focused on Human Rights and Mental Health and promoted by the Lisbon Institute of Global Mental Institute (LIGMH), will take place on the 25th and 26th February, at Fórum Lisboa, in Lisbon.
