We are really excited to launch our new sessions for East Lothian; Football & Fitness for Well-being.
We know the positive effects physical activity has on mental well-being and we are keen to extend our programme to offer a great choice for people.
Led by a local sports coach and supported by one of our volunteers, the sessions are absolutely free to attend.
This block will take place at Musselburgh Sports Centre
Thursday 3 March (for 6 weeks)
Fitness 5.30-7pm
Football 7-8.30pm
Each activity will begin with a well-being check in and a brief tool/technique for supporting your mental health, as well as an opportunity to share what works for you (if you wish).
