Trivia Night fun
Happy Monday dear friend of Atlas,
Even though this month is a few days shorter than others, it was packed full of awesome events and connections.
On February 1, a local real estate magazine publication, Lincoln REAL Producers, hosted a trivia night benefitting Atlas. The event raised over $6000 to support the work and ministry of Atlas. In addition to proceeds from the event, the folks at Modern Real Estate made an incredibly generous gift to support Atlas (pictured above) as we walk with our neighbors and show them the love of Christ.
Friday, February 18 we hosted the 4th Annual Atlas Trivia Night and Silent Auction. About 70 people came out to support the event and have some fun. It was a great night of raising money, sharing about the ministry of Atlas, and enjoying time together in person after doing the event virtually last year.
Finally, last week 6 faithful Christ-followers attended our monthly Mentor Training Workshop to learn about being an Atlas mentor. The discussion was rich and lively and one attendee shared, "The entire workshop was full of great information and hope. I am grateful to find a group wanting nothing more than to help their fellow man. This would be a place where I can be of more service to God and my fellow humans."
What a blessing this month has been. We are thankful for so many things: an amazing supporting community, opportunities to love our neighbors like Jesus, and for you, dear Atlas prayer partner.

Praises
- 6 more people received training and empowerment to be a mentor in our community. Join us at our next Mentor Training Workshop on Saturday, March 12 at 9am in our office.
- Folks have continued dropping by our new office space and we're blessed to walk with them through their struggles
- We lift up our board of directors, who all serve in many different capacities. We also pray for the potential of new board members and committee members in 2022
- New people continue to reach out for services! We are blessed to be able to serve the hurting people in our community
- Praise God for His goodness, His provision, and His faithfulness through the uniqueness of this year

- We continue to pray for our new mentor-mentee pairings, that they would grow close in the love of Christ. We've celebrated a number of pairings this year already, with more in the works
- We pray to continually cultivate healthy partnerships with churches, agencies, non-profits, and businesses across Lincoln in order to serve people in increasingly holistic ways
- Join us in prayers for justice and reconciliation in a world divided and filled with anger and pain
