RMT are planning to strike and shut the underground during Futurebuild 2022

Hello potential Futurebuild visitors

RMT Union are determined to wreck Futurebuild 2022
But we are not going to let it.
Wednesday might get busy.

Unless RMT strike gets called off.
Avoid the underground.
Normally very few people use this suggested route, but may discover it if they search and are determined.
If you go to St Pancras get return ticket from machines or teller for Overground to Stratford and Oyster or ticket for DLR to Customs House Zone 3
If you are going three days, a week session ticket can make financial sense.
If doing one day just get day return.
Platforms 11-13 on the east side upper level
Northern entrance to the station
Southeastern Rail service
These trains are the international high speed train engines with few carriages (really fast)
Get a train to Stratford International, (first stop) up to street level, turn left in the concourse, walk to end of concourse exit and a short walk to DLR station, visible but further north and a bit west.
Docklands Light railway: Don’t forget to swipe oyster card on entry if using Oyster.
You may need to change at Stratford or Canning Town to get on Beckton line
Look for Beckton line and get off at Customs House for ExCel.
Use the same route back.
Good luck if this is new territory and get a glimpse of the Olympics village as was.
Looking forward to meeting the intrepid adventurers.
